Age Requirement

The 177be platform is strictly available to persons aged 21 years or older. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 177be reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be voided and the deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using 177be is lawful in your jurisdiction. 177be does not represent or warrant that access to its platform is lawful in all locations. If you access 177be from a location where online betting is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and 177be accepts no liability in connection with such access.

Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are not doing so under duress or on behalf of any third party. Persons who have been self-excluded from 177be or who are subject to any exclusion notice are not eligible to hold an account.

Registration Accuracy

When registering a 177be account, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information, including your full name, date of birth and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of your details change. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

One Account Rule

Each individual may register only one account on 177be. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 177be reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close the duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses or winnings associated with them.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 177be login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must notify 177be support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 177be will not be responsible for losses that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from your authorisation of another person to access your account.

Accepted Payment Methods

177be accepts deposits in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits are credited to your account balance in BDT. 177be does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges. It is your responsibility to understand any charges applied by your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before your first withdrawal is processed, 177be may require you to verify your identity by providing documentation confirming your name, date of birth and ownership of the payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in the withdrawal request being declined until the verification is completed successfully.

Funds Usage

Funds deposited to your 177be account may only be used for wagering activity on the platform. 177be is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Players must not use 177be as a mechanism to transfer funds between payment accounts. Where 177be has reason to believe that a deposit has not been made with the genuine intent to wager, it reserves the right to decline the withdrawal and return funds to the original payment method.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions offered by 177be are subject to specific eligibility criteria which are stated in the individual offer terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 177be will void the bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and may permanently close the account involved.

Fraud & Cheating

Any attempt to defraud 177be or other users of the platform — including but not limited to collusion, manipulation of game outcomes, use of exploits or software vulnerabilities, or providing false information during KYC verification — will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending transactions and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities. 177be employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers to identify and act upon fraudulent behaviour.

Automated Tools

The use of bots, automated betting software, scripting tools, VPNs for the purpose of bypassing regional restrictions, or any other mechanism designed to give an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited. 177be reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where automated tool usage is detected, without obligation to disclose the specific evidence that led to that determination.

Money Laundering

177be prohibits the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financially illicit activity. All transactions on 177be are monitored for compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Where suspicious transaction patterns are identified, 177be is obligated to report these to the appropriate authorities and may freeze or close the relevant account pending investigation.

Player Protection Tools

177be provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits and account self-exclusion. Players who feel their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools. To activate a deposit limit or time-out, contact the 177be support team. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the minimum period specified at the time of the request. 177be will not accept wagers from a player who is under active self-exclusion.
